ടെ ടാറിക്ക് ആണ് മലേഷ്യയുടെ ദേശീയ പാനീയം . ഇംഗ്ലീഷില് പുള്ഡ് എന്നാണ് ഈ വാക്കിന്റെ അര്ത്ഥം. കേവലം മൂന്ന് ചേരുവകളാണിതിലുള്ളത്. ഉണ്ടാക്കാന് വേണ്ട സമയമാകട്ടെ പത്ത് മിനിട്ടില് താഴെയും. നമ്മുടെ ചായയോട് സമാനമാണിത് ഇതും. എന്നാല് പാലിന് പകരം കണ്ടന്സ്ഡ് മില്ക്കാണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് മാത്രം.
ചേരുവകള്-
Tea dust- 2 ½ tbsp
Hot water -2 cups
Condensed milk- 4 tbsp
തയ്യാറാക്കുന്ന വിധം
1. In a big steel cup with a handle, put powdered tea and add hot water. Cover and leave it to steep for about 5 minutes.
2. Strain through a coffee filter into another steel cup with a handle.
3. Add condensed milk. Stir well.
TO MAKE PULL TEA:
Holding a clean steel cup with tea in one hand, pour tea into a mug in another. Repeat the process a few times until tea is frothy. Try to pull it from as high as possible, allowing it to mix thoroughly and frothy. Serve hot or with a few cubes of ice for Ice The Tarik.
